How You Can Help Afghan Refugees at Fort McCoy

According to Up North News Wisconsin, there are a couple of ways you can help Afghan refugees who are staying at Fort McCoy. These families need a few essential items. Two Wisconsin charities are assisting with these efforts.

The first charity is Catholic Charities of La Crosse. They accept monetary donations or purchases off of registries from Target, Walmart, and Amazon. They are mostly looking for items such as clothing, food and water, toothpaste and toothbrushes, diapers, wipes, baby formula, menstrual pads, and more.
